○      FINALIZED WEDDING ITINERARY WILL BE SENT TO ALL VENDORS 7-14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY BIG

●  OVERSEE & EXECUTE WEDDING ITINERARY 

●   ENSURING THE FOLLOWING & MEETING OF ALL TIMELINES 

●  RECEIVING DELIVERIES, FACILITATE VENDORS THROUGHOUT SET-UP, RUNDOWN, ETC.

●  SETTING UP PERSONAL WEDDING DETAILS: FLAT-LAYS, GUEST BOOK, PHOTOS, TOASTING FLUTES, CAKE CUTTING PIECES, FAVORS, PLACE CARDS, SIGNAGE, ETC.

●  KEEPING YOU & YOUR WEDDING PARTY ON-TIME AND IN THE RIGHT PLACES

●  “IN CASE OF WEDDING EMERGENCY” POINT-OF-CONTACT  

 

Getting ready

 

●  STAGE BRIDAL SUITE DETAILS (FLAT-FLAYS, DRESSES, ETC.)

● SET-UP WEDDING SUITE ESSENTIALS PROVIDED BY CLIENT

● SPOT STEAM DRESSES AND VEIL 

● DELIVER COUPLE GIFT/LETTER EXCHANGE 

● COORDINATING MORNING VENDORS (CHECK-IN FLORIST, PHOTOGRAPHER, HAIR & MAKE UP. ETC)

● GUIDING WEDDING PARTY THROUGH DAY’S EVENTS

● COORDINATION OF ANY “FIRST LOOK’S”

● DISTRIBUTE PERSONAL FLORALS, PINNING OF THE BOUTONNIÈRES

● MAKE ANY LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY RUNS, IF NECESSARY

 

Ceremony

 

● STAGING & MAKING SURE KEY CEREMONY ITEMS ARE READY (BOUQUET, RINGS, FLOWERS ETC.)

● GATHERING WEDDING PARTY FOR PROCESSIONAL LINE-UP

● PERFECTING COUPLES FINAL TOUCHES (FIXING DRESS, VEIL, ETC.) 

● GATHERING OF WEDDING PERSONAL DETAILS

● COORDINATING SIGNING OF THE MARRIAGE LICENSE

Reception

 

● STAGE WEDDING TABLE DISPLAYS: CARDS/GIFTS, WELCOME , REMEMBRANCE, PLACE CARDS, TABLE #’S, ETC.

● KEEP IN COMMUNICATION WITH PHOTO/VIDEO/DJ FOR MAIN EVENTS

● COORDINATING SPEECH MAKERS FOR TOASTS 

● DOUBLE CHECKING WITH CATERING ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE ACCOMMODATED (DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, KIDS MEALS, ETC.)
